Grilled Peppered NY Steak

new york cut of beef

extra virgin olive oil

rosemary sprigs

kosher salt

whole pepper corns

butter

lightly coat your steaks with olive oil and massage it in for a couple minutes. Generously season with kosher salt and cracked black pepper.

Crush your whole peppercorns until they are in small appetizing pieces and set aside.

lightly coat your hot grill with olive oil. place your steaks over medium-high flame for 2 minutes. flip your steaks and place 1/2 tablespoon of butter, the rosemary and freshly crushed peppercorn on top.

remove from the heat a set aside. drizzle Angry Artie's Dad Gum It Sauce over the steaks and serve.
