The Classic Burger

1 ea egg

1 teaspoon mustard

1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

1 ea small onion (very small dice)

1 ea clove garlic (minced)

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper

2 pound ground beef (80/20)

sesame seed bun
-
iceberg lettuce (shredded)
-
tomato (sliced)
-
pickle (sliced)
-
sliced american cheese
-
yellow mustard
-
mayonnaise

lightly oil hot grill and heat to medium.

whisk egg in a bowl & add ground beef. squeeze meat until egg is completely incorporated. Shape three patties and squeeze to form and tighten the beef. Gently press your thumb in the center of each patty to help prevent the centers from popping up during the cooking process.

Place the burgers on the hot grill, close the lid and grill 8 minutes each side for a well done burger. Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees.
(do not abuse your burger. Don't press it with a spatula, don't prick it with a fork. Don't slice it with a knife to see the inside. Don't continuously flip it.)
Toast your bun and build you burger with your favorite ingredients!
