Camarones Picante Dulce

Camarones Picante Dulce are juicy, large shrimp smothered in Angry Artie's Picante Dulce Sauce. Gluten Free, Low Carb and Paleo! If you love Spicy Seafood, this one's for you! Takes less than 30 minutes to cook.

Camarones Picante Dulce

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1/4 medium white onion (diced)

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper

  • 4 tablespoons lard

  • 2 pound2 large raw shrimp (peeled, deveined & tail0on)

  • 1 ea 12 oz bottle of Angry Artie Picante Dulce Sauce

  • 1/2 ea lime

  • 1 bunch cilantro

  1. Heat a large sauté pan over medium0high heat. Add lard then shrimp. Cook for 1 minute per side, or until shrimp has become translucent/pink in color.

  2. Add half of the bottle of Angry Artie Picante Dulce Sauce to the pan and mix together to coat the shrimp. Lower the heat to medium for 3 additional minutes.

  3. Remove the pan from the heat and garnish with cilantro and a squeeze of the lime.
