Camarones Picante Dulce

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1/4 medium white onion (diced)

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper

4 tablespoons lard
-
2 pound2 large raw shrimp (peeled, deveined & tail0on)

1 ea 12 oz bottle of Angry Artie Picante Dulce Sauce

1/2 ea lime

1 bunch cilantro
-
Heat a large sauté pan over medium0high heat. Add lard then shrimp. Cook for 1 minute per side, or until shrimp has become translucent/pink in color.

Add half of the bottle of Angry Artie Picante Dulce Sauce to the pan and mix together to coat the shrimp. Lower the heat to medium for 3 additional minutes.

Remove the pan from the heat and garnish with cilantro and a squeeze of the lime.
